We work alongside lift contractors to get each stage ready for the engineers. That includes protecting the building, preparing openings and finishing the landings once the new doors are in.

A lift programme needs the building work to happen in the right order. We agree the scope and access with you, plan for the people using the building and check each stage before handing it back.
Survey & scope
Check the site, drawings, access and work needed with the lift contractor.
Plan & protect
Agree the sequence, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), protection and working areas.
Deliver & coordinate
Keep in touch with the engineers and project team as the job progresses.
Finish & hand over
Finish the landings, deal with snags and provide the agreed handover records.

Oracle Builders is run by Dominic Smale. His background is in carpentry and construction, and he holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management. You deal with someone who understands the work on site as well as the planning behind it.
